法國波爾多 將於 今年10月28至31日全面回歸香港美酒佳餚巡禮

第一屆在西九龍海濱長廊舉辦的香港美酒佳餚巡禮 (Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival) 獲得成功，支持是次盛事的機構：國際美酒佳餚協會包括波爾多酒協會，波爾多市委員會及波爾多工商總會 (CCIB) 。CCIB的主席Laurent Courbu，波爾多葡萄酒辦公署的主席Georges Haushalter，副市長及波爾多大型活動的主席StéphaneDelaux將組成代表團，隨同多家從事波爾多葡萄酒及美食公司來參加美酒佳餚巡禮。

今年，在波爾多展區內將會有四十七個展臺，當中包括「Dream Up Bordeaux」展臺，以推出一系列由CCIB組織的推廣波爾多美酒佳餚及旅遊業的活動，及由波爾多葡萄酒行業協會 (CIVB) 代表所展示的

「Everyday Bordeaux」紅酒系列，其他葡萄酒展臺，還有Côtes de Bordeaux，Bordeaux Supérieur，Grand Chais de France，Castel，Médoc，Grave，Saint Emilion，Pomerol，Sweet Bordeaux，GIE都會出現於今次展會。這除了是一個品嚐波爾多美酒的難得機會外，參加者並可藉此一試來自波爾多的名廚親手炮製的波爾多美食。而其中一個焦點便是 The Wine School，一個推廣品酒工作室，美酒佳餚配對及調製雞尾酒的展臺。

The return of Bordeaux toHong Kong Wine & Dine Festival

Following the success of the 1^st edition of Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival at the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade, and being the supporting organization of this event, “The International Wine and Dine Festival Organization” which includesthe Bordeaux Wines Council, the Bordeaux City Council and the Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce and Industry(CCIB), Laurent Courbu, President of CCIB, Georges Haushalter, President of the Bordeaux Wine Bureau,StéphaneDelaux, Deputy Mayor and President of Bordeaux Major Events, will form a delegationtogether with a large number of food and wine players toparticipate in this Festival.

This year, there will be 47 booths in the Bordeaux area which consists of‘Dream Up Bordeaux’to launch a series of promotional activities of the wine, gastronomy and tourism organized by CCIB, ‘Everyday Bordeaux’ presented by Bordeaux Wine InterprofessionalCouncil(CIVB), Côtes de Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur, Grand Chais de France, Castel, Médoc, Grave, Saint Emilion, Pomerol, Sweet Bordeaux and GIE to take part in the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival. It will provide you with an opportunity to try great wines from Bordeaux, fine food and dishes prepared by their great chefs. One of the attractions is “the wine school” which proposes activities such as tasting initiation workshops, wine and food pairings, and making cocktails.

You surely do not want to miss a mouthwatering culinary and Bordeaux wine tour!

繼今年五月舉辦的Le French GourMay後，Pays d’Oc美酒將於十一月回歸香港，並在香港國際美酒展 (Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair) 中的Le Grand Tasting環節中展出，Le Grand Tasting是一個美酒參考的指標，亦是一個專門匯聚所有法國參展商的活動。繼第一屆舉辦成功後，Bettane&Desseauve (Michel Bettane及Thierry Desseauve是兩位在法國最卓越的酒評家) 將於今年聯同法國Trade Events Solutions公司舉辦Le Grand Tasting。第三屆香港國際美酒展將會於11月4至6 日在香港會議展覽中心舉行。

Pays d’Oc PGI (PGI：受保護原產地名) 2010年系列包括十七種葡萄美酒，它們全都會在Le Grand Tasting中展出，包括：Château de Calvières, DomaineCondamine Bertrand, Domained’Aigues Belles, Domaine de Clovallon, Domaine de Valensac, Domaine du Grand Chemin, Domaine du Mas de Madama, DomaineLalaurie, Domaine les Quatres Amours, Domaine Saint Hilaire, Gérard Bertrand, La Grange des Quatre Sous, Domaines Paul Mas, Mas du Salagou, Mas la Chevalière及Ricardelle。此系列代表了品質至高的Paysd’Oc葡萄美酒，每年由Pays d’Oc區一個專業評審團選出。

Pays d’Oc PGI Wine Producers’ Union是一間位於法國南部的商務團體，主席是Jacques Gravegeal先生，其使命是為活動授權和提供資格，詳細說明指示、發展及認可酒的符合性，檢察、發展及執行計劃，保護品牌和產品。

每年，一個由專業人士組成的評審團負責選出及獎賞葡萄酒大使，以及他們的Pays d’Oc系列®。

Pays d’OC PGI系列既細緻又優雅，真正代表了朗格多克－魯西永區的品質和傳統。這些酒是在特定的原區內入酒瓶，所以是百分百來自Pays d’Oc區。

今年，挑選精釀酒的過程分為兩個階段：在2010年6月7日，一個由專業人士組成的評審團預先挑選及提名一些可以最能代表系列的酒。

在一百六十七支被品嘗的酒當中，評審團選出了四十四支。而在6月14日，最高評審團 (由10名記者，釀酒學家及歐洲評酒師組成) 選出了十七支最優秀的葡萄酒，以代表Pays d’Oc PGI 2010系列。

After le French GourMay, held earlier this year in Hong Kong, the return of the Pays d’Oc fine wines is marked by le Grand Tasting, a label of reference of fine wines exhibited during the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair. It is a zone which gathers all the French exhibitors under one single banner. After the success of the first edition, Bettane&Desseauve(Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve, two of France’s most pre-eminent wine critics) will organize le Grand Tasting in partnership with Trade Events Solutions in 2010. This year, it will be the third edition of the Hong Kong Wine & Spirits Fair which will take placeat Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centrefrom 4 to 6 November 2010.

The Pays d’Oc PGI Collection 2010 includes 17 vintages which will be presented at le Grand Tasting. Itconsists of Château de Calvières, Domaine Condamine Bertrand, Domaine d’Aigues Belles, Domaine de Clovallon, Domaine de Valensac, Domaine du Grand Chemin, Domaine du Mas de Madama, Domaine Lalaurie, Domaine les Quatres Amours, Domaine Saint Hilaire, Gérard Bertrand, La Grange des Quatre Sous, Domaines Paul Mas, Mas du Salagou, Mas la Chevalière and Ricardelle. This wine collection represents the top-quality Pays d’Oc PGI wines, which is selected annually by a jury of professionals in the Pays d’Ocregion in France.

The Pays d’Oc PGI Wine Producers’ Unionis a trade association situated in southern France, with Jacques Gravegealasthe president.Its missions are to provide authorization and qualification of operations; specification of guidelines, development and validation of wines’ conformity; inspection of plan, development and implementation; defense and protection of the brand and products.

Every year, a jury of professionals chooses and awards the Ambassadors and their ‘Vin de Pays d’Oc’/ Pays d’Oc Collection®.

Through its selection of refined and sophisticated wines, the Pays d’Oc PGI Collection truly represents the quality and heritage of the region. These wines are obligated to be bottled in their region of origin and are thus 100% from the Pays d’Oc region.

This year, the selection of the Ambassador cuvées(vintages) took place in 2 stages. On the 7June, 2010: a jury made up of professionals pre-selected and nominated the wines that best represent the collection. Out of the 167 wines tasted, 44 were pre-selected for the Grand Jury. On the 14 June, 2010: the 2010 Grand Jury, made up of 10 journalists, oenologists and European sommeliers selected the 17 elite wines that will represent the Pays d’Oc PGI collection 2010.

The Grand Jury 2010 is composed of the following professionals:

- Alain Chameyrat: French journalist, also the President of the Jury

- David Cobbold: English journalist in magazines ‘Vin et vignobles’ in Québec; ‘Sommelier India’ in India, also in radio programme ‘In Vino sur BFM’ on the website www.eccevino.com

- EmmannuelDelmas: French sommelier

- Daniel Dufaux: Swiss oenologist, president ofl’Union Suisse des Oenologues

- Richard Grosche: German journalist of the press group “MeiningerVerlag”

- Yves Paquier: Swiss journalist and trainer, treasurer of FIJEV (International Federation of Wine and Spirits Journalists and Writers)

- Thierry Poirier: French oenologue

- Dominique Rizzi: Sommelier in Luxembourg

- Bernard Sirot: Belgian journalists, chief editor of Belgium’s Vino Magazine

- Sylvie Tonnaire: French journalist, chief editor in ‘Terre de Vins’ magazine
