2010之釀酒師巡迴演奏第一炮意大利羅馬托里奧酒莊之Brunello di Montalcino在歡呼的掌聲中完滿結束. 多謝支持!而因釀酒師行程太緊密而無法加塲, 令到部份朋友無法參加, 謹此表示歉意!
第二炮緊接著在4月26-28號舉行, 是次酒宴隆重地首次邀請到葡萄牙著名Douro River產區之Niepoort厘亞撲酒莊之第5代莊主Mr Dirk Niepoort到港為大家主持這個充滿葡萄牙色彩的釀酒師晚宴。
生長在板頁岩及花岡石土質的各種葡葡牙本土葡萄品種,別具風格之餘更令我陶醉的就是它優雅的氣質。今次酒宴中大家可以一次過品嘗充葡葡葡牙色彩的各款特式葡萄酒系列。例如芳香的白砵酒、DOC級別的白酒、紅酒、10年的Tawny褐色砵酒及有機會飲到價值HK1100元的Vintage port好年份砵酒, 當然還選配了美心集團(Lian 及Café Landmark)的精彩菜式。如不想錯過這個別具風格的葡葡牙釀酒師晚宴, 就請…..快速……購票!!!!!
